Identifying positive and negative waves using dowsing rods

A pair of L shape dowsing rods can be used to detect positive and negative waves. A wave can be a sound or thought wave.A positive wave is one which is good for us and the other which is not.For example if somebody shouts at us using filthy language then negative sound waves are propagated in the environment and this negative waves does not align with our culture and net result is a disaster. On the other hand when someone speaks good about  us positive sounds waves are propagated and we feel happy. The same principle apples when we think bad or feel jealous about another person or if we are in the company of a person with negative thoughts. This gives us an idea of positive and negative waves.

If the 2 L shaped rods are brought in front of our gurus or Gods these rods will deflect showing positive waves. In one of the instance when the L shaped rods was brought in front of the picture of Brahma Sree Neelakanta Gurupadar,Guru of Jagadguru Swami Sathyananda Saraswathi Tiruvadikal the rods deflected to an angle of 180 degrees and remained there even when the guru's picture was removed. This shows how divine was swamiji's guru  and also whenever we think of our gurus or Gods  positive waves are formed in the environment and provides a healthy atmosphere.

The same   L shaped rods can be checked for negative waves. The easiest one is bringing it in front of an orchid and the rods will cross showing negative waves and instead of Orchid use Tulsi (Ocimum tenuiflorum ) leaf and it will show positive waves.Tulsi or Tulasi is a sacred plant for Hindus.

Listen to the concept from Swamiji's own words below.

It is a common custom followed to tie a black or black and yellow thread around the the waist of a Newborn at the 28th day.Initially this custom was followed  exactly at the 28th day after the child was born. Now since people are pre-occupied with work this ceremony is conducted on a Holiday and extends to 29th or 30th day.Majority of the people do not know the significance of this ceremony why it has to be on the 28th day. In 28 days these stars will come face to face with the Moon one by one.The rays from the star will get mixed with the rays of the Moon and Somam( A subtle matter in the form of liquid )...

Inclement weather, poverty and diseases are the highlights of this month. The effect of which is reflected in mankind and in all living  beings. As per Ayurveda shastra this time is good for all health treatments such as Pizhichil ,Uzhichil etc..The change in the sun's path has significant impact on human beings also. Human body and nature are closely associated. Both bodies are made up of Panchabootham(Earth,Water,Fire,Air and Sky). Any change in Prapancha Sareeram(Nature) has a direct effect on Human body and the society. This is based on the Prana (Life Force) and the body.Phenomenon of Uttarayana and Dakshinayana based on the celesti...

The Significance behind lighting the Lamp(Nila Vilakku or Lighted Oil stand)

The oil stand lamp signifies the light of knowledge, which dispels the darkness of ignorance. It shines itself and causes the objects around to shine due to its reflection. The fire which is at the middle of the five elements-Earth,Water,Fire,Air,Space-and gives them power and heat is the splendour that is at the middle of the body of all living beings. There are three Sandhyas or the juncture-one at dawn, another in the midday and one at dusk.Since the sun shines brilliantly in the midday, no additional lamp is required. But,at the other two sandhyas, an additional lamp is required. It also signifies prosperity,Goddess Lakshmi. Lighting the lamp at dawn -After a nights restful sleep, the body needs the lamp to invigorate the body and mind.It prepares the person for a day with it's luminosity and warmth. It also imparts the much needed energy for the day ahead. The spiritual science evaluates sleep as ignorance and awakening as knowledge. If the mind and intelligence are not alert...
